Rave with HS65HB servos issue?

Advise please guys.
Had a servo strip it's gears in flight yesterday, and have heard since that only metal geared servos should be used on the rave, i am running the HS65HB's that are the karbonite versions, i was running the 350mm blades but will go back to 325's as i need to use some i already have.
Question is, should i replace the kabonite gear sets with the same or could i fit metal gears into the existing servos, or is it just a case of buying 3 x MG's and have done with it, don't want it to happen again. 2 gear sets need replacing anyway so to do 3 is no hardship if i can get the gear sets.

Just get metal gear sets and replace the carbonite, no need to replace the entire servo's.

Wasn't sure if they were a like for like swap or not, but thanks, i thought they would be

I'm almost certain that it says in the manual for the rave that metal geared servos must be used for this reason. I know of one other that has gone in because of the use of non metal geared servos so it would seem the manual is correct.

That must have been it then James.... thought they were MG hence the surprise when they stripped!?
