Love the OXY too, it's the heli that really opened up the hobby for me. So convenient to take out at short notice.

It's a cracking heli. I crash mine a lot. The reason I crash it is simply I'm comfortable enough flying it to push my flying where I wouldn't with any other of my helis.

I have 4 oxy's , I use 1 for trying anything new , I Had 5 trex450's I used for pushing out the boat , after getting my first oxy I sold all my trex 450's & have now replaced them with oxy's , they crash so well , I've never broke a set of blades yet , the most I've broke in 1 crash is main & feathering shaft , main gear , canopy pins , tail boom & skids £20 aprox , it flys so well & repairs well , I got 3s 1.3 nanotech's for £6.75 from HK , its my heli of choice at the moment , I've never flew so much getting on average 20 flights a day

i can now get 4m on 3s using a 11t & the same on 4s @60% throttle curve , if I fly it real hard I can get down bellow 2:20m

You're not trying hard enough - my last crash took out mainshaft, feathering shaft, blades, top bearing, DFC arm, maingear, boom, and trashed the canopy (again - repaired for 4th or 5th time), back in the air PDQ though as it is my "go to" heli currently also.

Also 4 is impressive - I thought that I was doign well with 2!!!

Yeh Mike I forgot about the bearing , every time it gets a main haft it also gets a top bearing , I've also broke dfc arms & broke the screw in the main blade grip so had to replace it , I've got 19 batteries for the oxy (7x4s & 12x3s) , I'm semi retired & live in an old farm with 6 acres so 50 flights in a day is Possable
this is my back garden & current flying table
