Inner Swash Retainer

Anyone know if you can buy just the inner black retainer that the upper swash screws to on Velo 90... I was just in the process of converting from FB to FBL where you need to change the upper swash and 2 screws have sheared, had a go at removing them but even after heating up and trying to drill them out they aren't budging.

On the dealer sites they all stock a complete swash seems a bit of a waste to order the whole thing when it's just one part...
