Fusion 50 bad vibration grrrr

Take the maingear out, spook it up; does it vibrate?

The only thing i could find was a tight spot on the auto gear ? Its just like a low headspeed wobble that got worse with more :/

I e removed the motor and spooled it up in my hand and it's super smooth!

Take the front gearbox off, as well as the head (leaving the mainshaft on).

rebuilt, found a bearing in the main blade holder which is a bit rough, still shakes at higher headspeed but as soon as i turn it right down in stops and sits there fine :S

I know it sounds crazy but check the boom supports. Saw a similar thing on a velo 50. One boom support loose, the carbon could move in and out of the end of the support. I assume the fusion ones are identical with the 2 pointless little self tappers through the boom support?

make it flybarless and use the vibe analysis to help trace the problem, assuming you have a vbar on pro and a 10mm fbl head laying about.....

This might be a dumb suggestion but you appear to have tried all else. Have you checked the main shaft bearings? Just thinking of your tests, if one was bad it may only show itsself when the blades were attached and their weight giving more leverage?

I've still got it at the moment, lee has got a new motor coming, the case on the old one is 10 thou runout!!
