I have seen that befor, different vidio. the vid i saw it was a dead short between the frames+esc motor wires! its a tight space! i would protect the wires between the frames with some loom tape you can get it from most motorists stores like halfords makes a neat job too.

            cheers

anywhere wires rub i cut fuel tubing in half and hotglue it onto the carbon-works a charm.

              cheers

The 6s turnigy packs are a tight squeeze between the frames on the fusion.
This allows the wires to possibly chafe the frame if not carefull, your to could have just saved

The optis however drop right in with no issue.

I have a hobby wing on my Flasher 600 and I spent many days trying to track down what looked like sparks or arcing near the ESC.
I checked every where for signs of burning. Nothing!
I double insulated all the wires.
Back to the field for a cautious flight test.
Still those little orange flashes when I was hovering!
Back on the ground and back to the bench to check again.
Several rounds later I stripped it all down and spooled up the motor on the bench.
Only to discover the little orange LED that lights up when the governor is engaged.
                  DOH!
