Don't think it would on a 12S Fusion

It's got continuous max of 60amps & think as a minimum you'd need something a bit beefier

It's a pity coz the 80 HV is a little out of my price range.

Why not look at either :

Scorpion Commander 130HV with SBEC : Scorpion Commander 50V 130 AMP 12-Cell Hv ESC (If you can get your hands on one)
        or
        even a Fusion Hawk 120HV Opto : Fusion P-FS-HWK120 - Hawk BL 120A OPTO N14~36/Li4~12

or I have a Scorpion 90a HV Opto ESC i'm sellin (sorry for the plug)

I asked the same question on HF and they all said no because of the spike loads are higher then 100a.

Remember 60A is minimum which it can provide, hence the +, on 12S my Logo 600 with 623mm blades and a Jive 80+ HV gets slightly warm if I give it a really hard flight. Granted I have a heatsink for the ESC. If you are flying hard a 60A might get a little bit too warm, but you should be able to fit a fan (jcooler JCooler 80 for the kontronic Jive 60/80/100 controllers jc80) and heatsink - the price will be 80HV territory then mind you.
