I've decided to set the links the correct length and trim the servos to give me parallel links and bell cranks

No problem Ben, I'll post piccies tomorrow night. I emailed my new best mate Bert and asked what he would recommend. He said to ignore the servo alignment and make links off the right length and sub trim the servos to suit

Looks the same Ben. Did you use the setup pins through the bellcranks? If so did you end up with the horns slightly anti clockwise?

No, I did not use them so that's what they are for lol. I done it by eye but the servos are centered and the bell cranks line up with the holes and the elevator lines up with the pointy bit

Well I thought I'd give a bit of an update, it's a good update.

Had about half a dozen flights now and I thought I'd be offing it as I had issues in the build and I wasn't loving it. Last week not going exactly to plan with what I thought were BeastX issues I thought this would be the deciding weekend. I've been working a lot lately and my flying time has been cut severley but you have to do what you have to do, so to say I was nervous was the understatement of the year. Well, I have to say I really like it, compared to my 600 it's as smooth as silk. There was no tails issues and I havent' even started tuning the Beast. It's running 2200 with 600 spins and I might be running a tad too much pitch but I love the instant grunt and what would be the mid-range. The gears that were graunching their way round have smoothed right out and I can't feel a thing. If only I could get 8 or 9 minute flight times it would be heaven.

Anyone thinking of getting a Fusion, I'd say get one, stick with it, if you're using the BeastX I can give you the geometry settings that get it just in that locked blue light area.

I would say it's a modest setup with the Align 600Mx motor but it really zips along and it has a real light feeling in the air.
