Not had any probs with ninety, it was one of the first batch and trouble free flying, apart from the tight links when i first built it but they soon bedded in, it's been flown more or less every weekend since i have had it,
    No complaints from me, lol

I love the "threading the links on the rod" video he says you should hold the rod tightly, f**k me I never thought of that! What he doesnt tell you is what to do when they all start splitting down the collar.

I can think of at least seven other major problems they need to address on the v50 alone. It would be far simpler if he just did a video on how to mug someone into buying your Velocity so you can raise funds for a Trex!!!!

At least Outrage are rectifying the minor faults.

..unfortunately though, I can only imagine that you will have to buy these 'revisions' out of your own pocket.

Yea I doubt you'd be that lucky! They dont stock the regular parts what are f**king chances of them having upgraded parts??

lol - you would hope that there selling very well that by aug all the old kits would be gone and new kits from rchub would be will FL, ML and so on. Would hate to think that nearly 2-3 months later I would still get old parts.

You are having a laugh arent you? Be thankful if any parts turn up at all. Outrage are not just the worst manufacturer in the world of RC helis they are the worst manufacturer of anything!!!!

I ordered a swash driver base and an elevator arm to replace the faulty ones in my kit on the 20th of March and nearly 3 months on I have recieved f**k all!

Tell us how you really feel Guy? Lol.

It's weird, I've never seen such a love/hate relationship as with these Outrage's. Concering to say the least.

none of those 90 parts are essential imo Eckchaz but hey, some like the latest bling bits. if your replacing parts though through normal maintainence you may as well swap them over.

one thing i don't like the look of in terms of maintainence is the engine mount. i take my engines out with splitting one half of the mount, maybe with the new bottom plate the whole thing will slide out OR you need to take the 4 engine bolts out and leave the mount in place.....mmmmm. would need to try one to see really.

                        cheers

I'll no-doubt upgrade them as and when they need replacing if I upgrade my engine then a new hub will go on. Mine was/will be flying very soon and I can't fault it really nothing that hasn't been noted or that all the heli's I have had revised parts at some point.
                          Cheers

I have to disagree.. not because I am a outrage fan or anything like that but...

I called Rchub (Distributor) last weds asking for 90 parts.. got told I need to speak to John.. Emailed John on Thursday.. he sent a pro forma which I completed.. and he sent the items next day and I received them friday at 8:30am!...

                              Yeah, I Know that Paul

With regards to the Engine block... I had a more recent (well Jan) kit and Mine has the solid block... To take the engine out.. you leave the engine in and take out the 3 bolts either side of the block (holding to frame) and then undo the skid screws... it then slides down/comes out like the Srimok

What I dont like about it, is the bloody soft Alu its made from.. we all moan about cheesium screws but the block really takes the p1ss.. the threads are like butter!!
