* green Trueblood T-Rex 600 dampers fit nicely with one round of electrical tape around them
* don't overtighten the blade grip screws, or the thrust bearings will lock up.
If new bearings feel "notchy" before the first flight, this is most likely the reason.
* the rudder servo needs to hold a pretty high force, since the tail blade control arms are heavy aluminium (if you don't believe it, spool it up without blades and move the rudder pushrod by hand). According to common sense, use the shortest possible servo arm. Currently I'm experimenting also with chinese weights to partly compensate the force.
