pushpull takes all the side loads off the servos output shaft bearing and mounting. the only load they see is a counter torque. this is much more accurate especially on larger models with higher loads.

The theory is sound, and it makes sense - but then it looks like the elevator servo drives by a single link from its horn to the swash. If that's the case, it would seem strange to use push-pull for accuracy on two servos, but not the third.
