Thinking to buy a protos

Hey guys, i've been thinking lately to buy another protos, i already have one but it's not flying as it has bad swashplate, flybar head, bad main hub and tail hub and turnigy motor, to get all these parts would be more expensive than buying another airframe, so i think i'll just get a new one.
I need the fbl airframe, motor and blades.
Fast lad has a kit with all that plus speed controller for 380€, or i can get it from midland flybar version for 280 plus another 40 fbl upgrade, and it doesn't come with the esc.
How much will i be able to get for the speed controller if i sell it here and do you guys know if there is any difference between the two kits, for example the one on fast lad says it has chinese weights in tail grips for less load on the servo but on midland no details...

Good thing i waited, i found a good deal on a align 600 pro. Maybe i'll rebuild the protos that i have to replace the align 500.

So i'm trying to rebuild the protos i have, right now i need to replace the tail hub, i have ordered two of them from fast lad, both of them came already bent, i contacted them about this issue, and they agreed to send me replacements free of charge, still no luck, replacement ones are bent as well, so 4 out of 4 tail hubs came already bent (or screw holes out of alignment).
That's really annoying...
