New protos carbon owner esc question

Hi just picked up a used protos 500 carbon and just looking for esc info if possible

I have a new Turnigy Plush 60a esc would this be ok to run or should i buy a 80a esc motor is the MSH-26-10
i also will be running a Gryphon Polaris bec
