I mainly am electric now but cant give up on the Nitros,gotta keep a couple.

I really can't see how they can improve on V4 flight performance, but I'm getting it for the logging, hope it's good.

I shall probably upgrade, as i'm a sucker for new technology, but 5 V-Bars at $45 !!!
Thats about £140 ! ouch.
Maybe I need to tempt ChrisB back to our local field so I can "evalute" whether its worth the spend

The regular Blueline unit was supposed to be out by November and i assume it would be the same price.

Agree with Laurence about the possible improvements over V4,Mr Mel states the upgrade makes a hell of a difference in flight performance.

I only hovered mine for around a minute but i did notice that the collective was very very fast in responding thats without any pitch pump in there.

On V4 i had the PP set to 30 and it was not this quick,felt very tight nice cyclic feel,tail appeared good.

Unless i can get out one eve to my local club it will be Saturday when i am DMHC before i can open the taps on it and see where i am with it.

I will let you know what its like when i have flown it properly,TBH i will probably update all mine over time as its a complete resetup ie swash levelling needed etc.

I have just sold the 3g from my 600LE and have a V bar here ready to be fitted to that,if i like V5 then i will upgrade that one next as it needs a fresh setup anyway.
