I know its not the guys at work,,or the kids or even my wife!,in fact Im not sure I understand myself.
When I told the wife,she said "Mmnff" and went back to carbonising the dinner.
The kids said "great" and asked for a Mc Donalds.
None of them understand,but you guys on here will understand my childish almost Christmas eve like excitement at the thought of a logo 550sx arriving at my door next week.
I swear I am more exited than a box of ferrets,Im way more exited than I should be at my age,but I cant help it.
Im more exited than I was getting a new car,I wasn't this exited when I slept with Angelina jolie!,,eh,wait,I must have dreamed that
I might need a box of hankies Im so far gone.
Not many things in this life I lead can exite me so much,apart from a few teenage encounters with the girlies!
My wife say`s there is something lacking in me to be so exited,but I explained its her that is lacking as she has nothing to exite her like this logo coming has exited me,oops,maybe coming was a bad word choice
So by end of next week I`ll be "going logo down in auchterpulco"

If there is a prize for using the word exited the most in a post,,I`ll be a contender.
Any tips on sleeping/living with a logo,fire away Im all ears,
apart from don't crash of course

Awesome. The 550sx is such a great model (in fact prob my favourite of all time). The biggest golden rule is to use plastic bolts on the skids, reduces damage in a crash. Think they're m3x12.

Sounds like you are pretty excited. I must admit that a new model arriving in the post does it for me. I've never owned a Logo but I've heard nothing but good things about them. I guess I'm missing out. Enjoy.

Im so exited about the heli cos Ive wanted one for about two years,I almost had a logo a while back but bereavement in the family took the money.
Ive also wanted to try a v-bar to compare to demon and spirit,so WHEN I CALM DOWN ABOUT THE HELI,I REMEMBER ITS COMING WITH A V BAR,and Im almost reaching for the hankies again

It's great to have things that create that anticipation and enthusiasm. I know so many people that just trudge along from day to day, they have no interests, no hobbies or sports, they have nothing internal inside them that drives or motivates them and they are often unhappy because they honestly don't know what to do with themselves if they are not being entertained in some way. So when you latch onto something that makes you happy and gives you that spark, it's a very good thing.

,Im 50,and was brought up to save up if I wanted something,so washing cars milk round,yes remember them!,,garden jobs for old dearies,favours for the priest ,,ok not the last one,but all the rest and more,I`ll never pick another sodding potato as long as I live I swear it,so there is a lot to be said for the building excitement as the time goes by and the money builds up.
Im the opposite to a guy on another forum years back,when mcpx was months old,he flew his into a neighbour`s garden a few doors down,but didn't go and get it,just got the card out and bought another one.
I`m fine with hideing my pound coin piggy in the wifes "old shoes" entire cupboard
and letting the tension grow.

The responsibility is indeed yours Don,to me,you will always be "Don to the rescue",and through that responsibility you will be partly responsible for the deaths of countless midges this summer,for which I am gratefull,
and for the bore`ing of the ass from my wife over the next few weeks of logomania heli talk.

I do get the excited feeling also when i have a new model coming so i get what your saying.

You will enjoy the 550Sx,i have personally burnt myself out with them now and am getting rid of all my Logos to focus on other brands more exciting to me currently,Align,MSH,Compass,and now JR,with the Forza 550 my next target.

As you say,its a hobby and you go with what gives you the Buzz.

Bit off topic but I remember the first time a drove in Germany. Crossing the Belgium/German border and heading towards Detmold, I soon noticed that a slip road had a big sign saying 'Ausfahrt', and then another, and another. After many miles I casually mentioned that this place Ausfahrt must be huge. Some one else in the car said 'It means Exit'. I then proceeded to have the pi** taken out of me all the way to Detmold. Deep joy. lol.
