I've just created a service request from Mikado regarding my mini vbar which needs to be repaired, do I now post it to them or wait for them to contact me?, the email I have from them is vague. Has anyone else had dealings with them?, any help would be appreciated.

My reply was next day, once you've logged in etc, you'll get another email straight away. That email says postage and repair details are attached, but the postage details are actually on the email itself, not the attachment. Thicko here almost sent another email, telling them they'd not included postage details hahaha! I believe turn around is 2 weeks or so? Took me 2 weeks to get around to posting it

When I powered it up I had one satellite flashing and one solid, I tried to re-bind but no luck. I then tried the satellites on another vbar and they were fine so I reconnected them to the first mini vbar and same again, one flashing, one solid. I then waited a few minutes whilst I was connected to the vstabi software and the tail servo started to twitch really bad, at this point I decided to download the recovery firmware, once I done this the problem was still there then all of a sudden the vbar just stopped working, no lights and would not power up anymore, bit of a mystery to me.Originally posted by Malc1 View PostPhil
