I fully understand. We have to have parcels signed for as there has been a few cases where I've sent unrecorded delivery and they have been "lost in transit"

Hermes does work in 95% of cases. I'll be reducing small parcel delivery to £3.50 to help everyone out.

Got full line of spares and getting to know those more in demand already so will be ordering more of these.

Plus, I'll be ordering the new upgrade parts announced by KDS and hopefully these will arrive quite quickly.

Hi everyone,

Quick update on the Chase, I finally managed to get out and fly this morning after a busy week, managed to get her up in the air following last weeks problems of having the e-bar reversed!

I am now having a bit of a problem trying to get the tail to stop wagging! I started with the gain on the ebar at 60 and gradually worked down to 40 and the wag still continued. I think this is an issue with the stiffness of the links on the tail, I believe Pete had the same issue? Hopefully getting it all loosened up will help but I didn't have a ball link reamer so will have to wait and see!

I did manage to get the gain close to acceptable so had a fly around and did a few rolls and flips and have to say the Chase seems very agile and I am confident this will be an amazing 3D machine once I've got the tail sorted!

I am hoping to get the tail sorted during the week and may even take it to work with me and go to the local park at lunch to have a play with the tail gain!

I turned the ESC governor off and the wag disappeared. Might be worth trying.

Hi All,

I managed to get out yesterday for a couple of flights (inbetween downpours) and can finally say that the chase is flying without fault. I reamed out all the links on the tail and switched off the governor mode on the esc and the tail is now behaving itself! I must add that I did switch off the governor mode before reaming out all the links and this stopped the wag, so I would definitely not recommend using governor mode on the esc!

The tail seems pretty dialled in now, I was testing this by doing high speed funnels and tailslides and it didn't blow out once, I am pretty impressed with the way this thing flies, very precise and almost like it's on rails!

Hoping to get some videos done next weekend and hopefully the weather will hold out!

Will have you tried the governor in the "store" mode or just ELF? I only tried ELF and got the tail wag, but haven't had chance to try the other governor mode yet.

Pete, I only tried ELF mode, seems happy as it is at the moment but might try store mode and see if it makes any difference at all. Let me know how it goes if you try it first!

So I went flying this morning and managed to get some half decent footage of the Chase in action. This is the third proper flight I have managed with this heli so not quite used to flying it just yet. I have to say I am very impressed with the way it flies and I am loving the K-bar and how easy it was to set up, value for money on this machine is outstanding. See video below (excuse the out of focus bits).

Hi Pete,

The packs I am using are from skymaster they are 6s 1800mah and to be honest are a little bit of a tight fit in-between the frames. Modellbau Uk were considering stocking these so I tried a few but after some deliberation they have decided not to go with them and are now looking into their own branded lipos which could prove interesting!

Just an update on Will Chase 360, he picked up the upgraded parts which arrived this week from KDS. All in stock now and loaded on the store

Budgy can you check the second reduction gears you have(KC-360-029-A), are they machined on one side after anodising or do they have the three supports in the centre of the pulley? Difficult to explain but there seems to be several variants being sent out by KDS

Also do the second reduction gears you have ( KC-360-030 ) have a lip on both sides of the pulley teeth?
