Just had a chat with Welcome to Agile Heli! - Agile Heli & stock + spares hopefully by mid Aug. Thinking about getting the combo & use Vortex or VBar (I don't have a clue re: EBar looks like its a simpler to VBar)
The main question is what batteries ?

Battery is 45c 6s 1400mah that is used in the videos

Packs that look immediately available in the UK seem to be Haiyin 1300mah or Opti 1400mah packs. Had enough bad experience to stay away from the Optis so I guess I'll be buying some Haiyins once I know the size requirements of the heli.

I shall be using the Ebar on mine!! I've set my 5.5 up using the Ebar and I was blown away with the simplicity of programming and It's fantastic performance. I would advise using it, You'll be surprised

Yeah It's small enough to fit in a suitcase/Lipo's small enough to fly (abroad) with so It'll make for a bit of fun on the beaches

I've haven't been this excited by a Heli since I first saw the goblin. It should be one sweet little machine and looks like it should crash well. So what's the target battery size, turnigy do some cheap nanotech 1300s, would these work?

from the reports I've read on the ebar it's given me confidence to try it and thank god I don't have to now lug my laptop to the field for initial setup

Mid August is about right,i have been dealing with Filip at Agile helicopters in Czech Republic for my stuff and i have a couple of upgrades on backorder and he emailed saying order Due mid August along with big stock of Chase kits.
