It's mental alright. Going to put a new motor in it, looking at Kontronik pyro 750 56 as the 50 is only 500 kv and I won't be able to get my 2200 that I want. Am I ok with a kosmik and this motor. Here's mr Mel's calculations


As you can see it puts my TC at about 75%.

Thats my exact set up - Kosmik 160 and Pyro 750-56. Runs great

Thanks Pete. Is this in your 700dfc? Just trying to make sure I get this in the sweet spot. The agile gearing with power jive and ultimate motor at 2200 which equated to 67% TC kept thermal shut downs. The only way to stop this was run it at 77% 2349.

From what I can gather the kosmik runs best at 80%.

Yea, thats in my 700DFC. 76% on the Kosmik gives me about 2200 with the 750-56.

Ok. I ordered a 750-56 competition and couldn't resist taking the free name etching they do. 4 week lead time so will carry on with the ultimate till then.
