Carbon landing skid was better. New landing skid is not aesthetic.

      Mr. Kasama should think again.

I think the idea is that this 'eco' version is cheaper than the current model.

G10 frame, plastic skids, and other lower cost alternative materials (ali boom maybe) all in an attempt to be more competitive on price.

I assume this will sit along side the current 'high' spec model rather than replacing it.

        A good move imo

As paul said this "eco" version is a more affordable heli to go along side the full bling version currently on offer.
I personally love the look of the full carbon version, but I am deffinatly considering getting the Eco version aswell as a cheaper alternative to fly.

Looks like this is the version I will be getting so when it comes through I'll get some pics up. If all goes well and it arrives in time I'll fly it at Champs.

you will never beat the look of carbon undercarriage, but for plastic i love the design of it! it looks like nothing else and thats what kasama is all about!

Doesn't look like the plastic U/C will fit the current Srimok. Shame as although the carbon one is indeed cool there isn't much ground clearance and it's not exactly strong.

I'm no to keen on the cf uc.

I do like the look of the plastic one on my E but I guess it's just personal preference.

I can't see just by adding plastic uc and G10 frames it can cost that much less.

Wonder if anything will be changed and what the pricing will be?

Now to me this one makes much more sense. Having 'true' carbon fibre on a Heli I think is pure bling. Nice but bling!

With the introduction of this version hopefully it will bring the model into the correct price bracket and allow more people to fly the Srimok.

BTW... I flew a Kasama for the first time the other day and thought it was super slick .... Thanks Richie!!

£300-£400 would suit me down to the ground lol.

It would be nice but I don't reckon it will get that low.

£600 mark I reckon would be fair!!
