      A dremmel mate, or a rotor zip can also be used.

          What are you trying to do cut it or drill it or what? Basically high speed bit or blade or stone or disc with a slow steady cut rate and tape the area first to prevent splintering and tearing.

                You can drill a series of holes and use a rat tail needle file.

                    Got some easi click Dremel discs and some other Dremel bits borrowed of JW.

                    Will have it off to the painters this week

                          Apart from the usual Dremel cutting discs and sanding drums I also use one of these:

                          Hole-cutter, 3 to 14 mm diameter, with handle - VARIO UK

                          This makes some very clean holes and as long as it is sharp won't damage anything.

                          There's probably a cheaper version out there though.

                            i wouldnt go trying to make do with cutting tools at this point mate. borrow a dremel if u av too
                            1x EGS, TREX 450 PRO DFC & 130X. DX9 radio. No idea what i am doing trying to fly

                              I done the first hole, just needs filing to finish it off.

                              I'm still deciding on the design for the rear outlet holes atm. Got to look good as well as serve the purpose. Then Phil can maybe incorporate them somehow in the design?
