Is this the v1 or 2, I've got both & v1 tail always blows out most time but v2 ive only had couple days & done 30 odd flights now tail dose not blow out but what i had notice after some flights yesterday was the motor bogging when giving collective but didn't do it inverted, on checking neg & poss travel i was getting 14 on collective & 10 on neg even though i was getting zero pitch at mid stick so all i done was to adjust the links to equal the neg & poss so now theirs no bogging @ 75% pitch & she rolls much better I was even able to do light tic tocs without tail blowing out so just check you have equal collective & ignore the zero pitch.
Today's outlook is fine for flying.

It's a v1 that I have and until a couple of weeks ago I had no tail trouble whatsoever, I have just had one thing after another recently which has resulted in broken, glued and soldered bits everywhere.
I have my pitch set up for zero at mid stick, how do you actually measure what pitch you do have, rather than adjusting linkages could you not just make the adjustments in the tx to get positive and negative equal and still have zero at mid stick.

Stood peace of cardboard against the blade with pre drawn horizontal line then with full neg & pitch then draw angle of blade I then used pitch gauge to calculate angles but strange thing is makes no difference on zero pitch when i fly her so im now going to check my v1 could well be the same problem.

I had a load of problems with mine a while back with lack of power and tail jitering about and thought several times I'd fixed it only to find the same problem coming back again. In desperation I changed the main motor and during the re-assembly one of the battery wires fell off the 3 in 1 board. The wire had frayed badly before it fell off and this led to the lack of power. I resoldered the wire and all seemed fine until a few weeks later when the wire started to go just behind the battery connector, after fixing this it's now fine. I now squeeze off the battery connector rather than pull it off in the hope this will preserve the connections.
