Irrispective of whether you consider their products to be the best quality or not .... they clearly seem to have a reasonable chunk of the BnF market meaning they're going to have a lot of maybe less experienced people to deal with .... and IF despite that they offer A+ customer service i know where my cash goes .... all too often i've had things fail and the company couldn't care less or you ended up with a 3-way tangle of the customer / seller / manufacturer with the latter 2 not wanting to take responsibility .... so if HH aim to keep customers happy thats good enough for me
