Best way to adjust pitch ???

Hi all im after the best way to adjust my pitch on my mcpx v2 im using the stock setting in a dx6 and i have way too much positive and not enought negative. If i go full pitch it spins around and climbs very fast but can only climb very slowly on full negative, should i do this mechanically or on the tx ? Any advice welcome :-)

Always better to get your Heli mechanically set up imo so get twisting some links:P
