McpX goes crazy

I have a problem with my Mcpx, Basically as i try to take off both rotors start as normal and i then begin to increase the pitch however sometimes I end up at full pitch and nothing is happening then suddenly it will fly off and go crazy. I'm not sure whats up with it as it was flying fine at the end of the last flight.

I've only had it since christmas as well

Can you get a video bud? Try holding it in your hand by the skids and spooling up, watch the servos.

I just spooled it up in my hand with no blades and the right front servo appears to "stick" and then suddenly move at times. This coudl be the cause of it suddenly moving as the flybarless system is keeping it leve then when the servo finally moves it allows the pitch to be added. Whats strange is that it doesnt do this in throttle hold.

Try rebinding? Check for any dirt, grass or hair as that can get into the mCPX and cause issues.

Already tried rebinding and it makes no difference, If there was a problem with the servo then surely it wouldnt move smoothly in throttle hold. could be a faulty connection to the gyro sensor on the board maybe but not sure. Look like I might have to send an email to horizon hobby

Is the main gear pushed all the on?

Check the plug is all the way home into the board.

Checked the main gear and the plugs and they are all fine. I have sent an email to HorizonHobbyUK so will see what they say but they might not be working till after the new year.

I dont think that woud help as the servo works fine in throttle hold but thanks for the suggestion.

Just an update, I sent it back to horizon hobby yesterday so will hopefully get a reply back in the new year I assume. Really want somethign to fly indoors in this crap weather.

had the same issue with mine left servo sticking when spooling up but working on bench, took it back got it replaced
