I need to try and improve the tail hold as even being gentle on the collective it will spin out sometimes.

What are peoples recommendations?

I am going to get some batterys, either nanotech and intellect/hyperion but was also thinking about trying the SR120 tail mod.

Hyperion are good on this heli. Not sure about the upgrade, let us know if you go for it.

Easiest and cheap tail mod is to use 2mm carbon rod, make a new longer boom, improves the tail no end. Think I cut mine to 140mm approx.
Nanos are good, will improve the helis behaviour a lot. Worth getting a few and a octopus charge rig for parallel charging.

Thanks for the Tips guys, I will extend the boom as I'm sure I have some CF Rod around here somewhere. I've also ordered two of these Mini Aviation - Leading supplies of LiPo Batteries for Radio controled model airplanes. If the graph is the truth then they shoudl work well. I had some of their smaller cells that seemed to perform really well on my MSR so hopefully these are good. I'll report my findings on here
