I recently fitted the extreme productions swash to my mcpx but now i seem to be getting alot of negative pitch but very very little positive? i have checked the main gear and that is all the way on so no problems there.

I have re-bound it to my tx also but still no joy, so now i am a bit stuck? everything is the same as before.

Has any one had a simular problem or got any ideas?

Sounds like you need to adjust your links. Try a few turns to lengthen them and see how it looks.
Is it sttill 0 pitch at mid stick?

I had the same problem when i fitted an aftermarket swash to my mcpx (Microheli swash). I suspect yours is also a geometry issue, therefore you have to either increase the length of your servo to swash links, or adjust the sub-trim AND travel in your TX (if you have this capability). I would suggest zero pitch at 50% collective, with equal positive and negative pitch range.

just noticed the KBDD blades i have just fitted also are warped so those are throwing it out even further
