MCPX BL batteries...

Just a quick one.... which batteries (apart from the eflite) fit the MCPX BL (and dont weigh it down too much)?....

would these:

Optipower Lipo Cell Battery 220mAh 2S1P 3C OPR2202S

be ok?.. any other recommendations?...

No,they wont fit looking at the shape.

These are what i use but the ones with red jst,have to peel stickers off to fit,the lower C rated ones will fit with the stickers on.

Turnigy nano-tech 300mah 2S 35~70C Lipo Pack (E-flite EFLB2002S25 micro series compatible)

Edit,they are the lower C rated ones,look at the higher c for more punch.

LOL! - a little bit more than HobbyKing I grant you! But then, HobbyKing is like poundstretcher of the RC world!

At least they come with the right connector for the BL!

You can get them with the BL plug.cheap enough to abuse

I have bought 3 of the Gens ace, but will give the nanotechs a go too, just didnt have the time for them to arrive at the weekend.

Will see how the Gens ace are, but im guessing they will be better than my flying...

They look cute but 6 nanos are about 17 quid delivered.

I must of bought 60 since the 130x was launched and never had a bad one!

I had 2 gens ace turn up this morning and they certainly look the part. A tiny bit tight but a very good fit. Will stick them on charge and see how they compare to the stock li-po's
