After a few family problems i eventually got around to fitting the upgrade Rakonheli frame and it was a very straight forward fit and everything fitted and tightened up nicely.
I used some thermal transfer paste between the main motor mounts and the main motor casing to allow heat dissapation and i also used a dab of PlastiDip to secure the main motor and on the main motor and tail motor connector sockets on the circuit board.
The only downside of the design is that to change the main motor the circuit board has to be removed to get access to the main motor screws but it does not take long to do so i guess it is no big deal.
One thing i do like is the canopy mounts as they just slide through the frame and in the event of a crash i think they will just slide to one side or if they do break then simply pull the mount out and replace it with a new one or make something of the same thickness and length and away you go.
I have charged a lipo and given it a test flight and i have to admit i have made no adjustments to it and the mSR X is flying superb and it is now that stable i can hover in front of me and land it in my hand.
