mSRX main motor heatsink fitted but how effective will it be.

Hello all

I have fitted a heatsink to the main motor of my mSR X and i guess it took about 10 minutes to fit but i am not sure if there will be any benefits.

So i guess only time will tell, i have flown it with the heatsink fitted and it flew with no problems at all even though i was concerned about additional weight.

Where did you get the heatsink as I have just cooked my MSRX motor! And cannot find a spare all out of stock!

The heatsink i purchased was from my local Maplins and it is the 8mm heatsink but they are available here ALUMINUM HEATSINK FOR CASE STYLE TO5/TO39 DEVICES 8MM 55C/WATT NEW | eBay and i used heatsink compound in between the motor case and heatsink.
