  • Micro screwdriver

    Hi

I have just obtained a mSR and it's just the heli nothing else.

Works fine but I'm looking for a good quality screwdriver to change the blades for when I need to replace them and also for other adjustments.

I tried the small one that came with my MCPX but that seems too big and also the cheap jewellers ones I have are too big.

Please does anyone know where I can obtain good quality one?

    Many thanks

    Andy

One problem is that the screws on many of these are actually JIS rather than Phillips. I picked up a set of Moody JIS drivers (from eBay I think) and it was one of the best things I ever bought. They're perfect for the mCPX, and are also great for opening servos, and working on my larger heli's.

      Thanks for the reply.
I had read that I would need JIS.
The Moody ones look good, I'll see if I can hunt some down.

      Thanks again

I struggled to find any in the UK, so delivery took a week or two, but they were worth the wait.

found some on Amazon from Germany.
A bit pricey but I like buying tools!!
