500X Took a Dive :(

Hi Guys My 10th Flight with my stock Blade 500x using DX8 all good until I was just in a fast Left turn about 10 feet from the ground the heli just did not respond it just hit the deck !
upon inspection the stock elevator servo gears had stripped do you think the crash stripped them or could it have been the hard flying I was doing and failed ?
thanks to Midland Helicopters I will soon be Flying again for less Than £40

Servo gears probably stripped in the crash I'd imagine. Can't see hard flying stripping gears.
