help 500 flybar head issue

Hi trying to rebuild a 500 flybar head the mixing arms for the swash, ali bar with plastic angled connector seem to the wrong angle, and wil fit back to front

And when u rotate the head they just pop of the swash ball,
Any ideas please

I have one sat in the loft.
It made its first outing in about 2 years last weekend.

Have you the manual or you can download a manual which will give you step by step build setup

Hi thanks for the reply, I went to TREX in Slough and got the "right" parts, but the arms seem to long, pics enclosed it only shows 1 fitted as when trying to fit the other one the first one pops off.
A pic / help / anything greatly appreciated

the slider is upside down or you have the arm the wrong way round
see if you can download a manual for the correct fitment

hi I have tried them every which way - that's the only way they fit well sort of if I put them the other way around the angled plastic arm faces the wrong way

if you download a manual likes I've just done you will see that the arm is the wrong way around
swop it over and refit the y arm the correct way around

ok so I bought the parts complete as a set, all bolted together, so I need to turn the arm around and also turn the plastic arm as well, that's a big issue if TEX are supplying parts that are incorrectly put together,

ok tried that still same, it seems the arms ( ali part ) are to long, maybe they have mixed up the parts, or I am being really stupid !!!!, going to see if ball joint and plastic arm have been put at the wrong ends, failing that its back to Trex in Slough next week

What's happening is the ali arms are being positioned on the wrong side of the slider. Flip them over so that the longer part of the ali arm crosses the main shaft (hopefully you see what I mean). Then you'll see that the plastic arm goes pretty much straight downward.

The mixing arm is on the wrong side of the washout base. It supposed to be fitted like this:-

hi guys thanks for all the info but looking at the drawing, the ball joint is mounted at the end with the 2 holes, which mine is, the plastic arm is mounted at the end with only 1 hole, the ball joint end is the longer end, which is how mine is set up, but it seems wrong I guess if I turn the ball and plastic arm to the other side, it might work, I will try it tomorrow, not happy with the service from TREX,

hi me again, looking at the part and the drawing the ball screws into a raised section, so cant be going anywhere else, now is there two or three different parts for the same heli, I would seem this does not fit, part number I have is H50154T 500 pro metal mixing arm (L) barcode 4713413966301 2 in the packet, both same hand and both don't fit part number I can find is H15 and H16 BLH 1831 and BLH 1832
