New 450x out of the box

Wow , just got my 450x out of the box, got it charged up, bound it to my trusty JR DSX9 and wow perfect flight straight from the box, now i gotta say i was a bit unsure if that could ever be done, but it was spot on, ok i have put a new canopy on and a couple of tarty bits, but straight into hover, locked solid, Beastx was totally brilliant, no wonder MarkGR1 was happy with his, the flight characteristics are so superb, sorry to say it made my Trex 450 pro FBL with 3G feel like a donkey

Stock 450x , but i have added a white blade tape. looks nice during flips

Hey Bud, forgot Happy New Year, as for a fly, half of them got out, i only managed the front garden with the 450x for its maiden

Was meant to be where lol! Ohhh right. I havent touched the sticks for months, all my lipos are down on storage charge

However I have some plans for the wing.... muahhahahaha

The beastx is excellent imo
So much so that I didn't even give the 3gx that came with my 550 a chance because I knew I wanted a Bx

Wait till you scream it around a bit

And then tweak the settings a bit ie upping the cyclic response and pitch boost a touch

Not sure of the whereabouts of the settings for the 450x but I'm willing to bet you can improve things still

of 6 different 450's i have had , this rips them all for breakfast, as long as it lasts resonable without falling to bits, i will be one happy bunny

no doubt Beastx plays a big part, in making this fly nice

I am loving my 450X already. It is my first non-micro heli and it roacks. First flight I felt right at home and found it smoother and easier than my MCPX. However, nerves has kicked in and I find that I am not able to fly around quite as much... I get nervous... but it won't be long I am sure.

I did hear that this is not a beginners heli and that may well be so but it can be tamed and flown in normal mode very successfully by anyone who can fly an MCPX or 130X.

I haven't tried idle up yet... I did flick it into idle up 1 when I had got a bit more confident and the noise was unsettling so I flipped back to normal again. I do want to start to get used to IU as soon as I am able that is certain.

my guess is that you will soon fly this in preference to the others, mine flies exactly as i would like a chopper to fly, so cant wait to get to the field so i can let it rip, i really want to see what its like when its given some work to do.

setting and tuning should be same as yours, the only difference with the one that comes with the 450x is that the presets are not like stock default, all other adjustments are identical
