  • Looking For a Blade 450 3d Bnf

    Hi all,
I am looking for a Blade 450 3d Bnf as a mate wants to move up from his mcpx.
I have looked on the sites that I know but can't find one. Would anyone be able to point in the right direction please.

    Cheers

As above 450 3D you'll struggle, may be try the 450X as said (£270ish)

                  Hi Dave,

i would have thought so, via a combination of TX settings and if i'm correct in saying, the Beast X has modes for beginners, sport, advanced.

                      Hi. Daz
I was hoping it would be possible to do that.
Its another option for him to think about.

                      Thanks

If anything, I'd say the 450x is easier to fly than the 450-3D. I had a 450-3D originally, but later converted it to flybarless with a 3GX. I later bought a "proper" 450x and sold the 450-3D.

Still got my 450x and use it as my learner machine for new moves! Its only real difference from the 3D is a FBL unit instead of the mechanical flybar. The 450-3D isn't simpler or more beginner friendly - just different.

I'd go for the 450x anyway!

                          Without a doubt the 450X.

I bought a 450 3D solely because they were being sold for £130 once the 450X came out, however now they seem to be back up at £230, the extra money for the 450X makes it a no-brainer.

Well it seems to tip in favour of the fbl heli for many good reasons so I will put the case to him and give the pro's and con's ie (cost) and let him decide.
                            Thankyou all for the info.

I'm already thinking of buying one myself now when I trash my 450 3d lol

If cost is an issue - there's always the 300X BNF. £215 from a few places.
