I've just had to ring the shop, to see if they can hold the delivery until next week, to make it appear as though it was ordered after payday!!

I think don't quote me on it bit the 450x is the same obviously diff electrics and flybarless head but frame and fixtures are the same. And again don't quote me but its a standard 450 flybarred head but even so parts should still be around for yrs to come.

Yes, yuo are right Steve... the 450X is basically the same heli but with a flybarless head and a BeastX/Spektrum combined receiver (AR7200BX). It wouldn't take much to turn one of these 3D models into a 450X... but it would be pricey as the AR7200BX is about £100 secondhand or £180 new. Good job I have a spare AR7200BX sitting on my shelve then in case I decide I want a second 450X!!! On the otherhand I might put a HC3-SX on it. It is every bit as good as the BeastX but has bailout. We will see. I might just keep it as the 3D version. I don't have a flybarred heli at the moment. Should be interesting.
