Blade 450 X lipos & canopy question

What lipos are you guys using in your blade 450 X
What fits what's a tight fit under the canopy etc
Is anyone doing brighter canopies for the yet?

Using turnigy 2200 20-30c with great results

A bit tight under the canopy :-( but so is the inc lipo :-)

The blade 450 3D canopies fit , as it's 90% the same model

Thanks mark, I find blue a bit of a nightmare to see so I will be buying something a bit more visual for it when it turns up
I will see if I can nab a few lipos from Hobby kings european warehouse also.

You could use the colour printer and stiff paper method that makes the MCPX look like a TDR. It just needs scaling by about up by a factor of 1.7 ish... that way you can have a sparklie new lid every weekend so it can look like just about any other heli...

And when they fall off you wont damage your blade(s).....

Seen a canopy I like for my 3d, might pick one up tomorrow

Mine are damn tight, but my 450 lipos are many years old so that might be why.

I'd recommend placing new canopy holes further back as this is the easiest fix.
