Lol! i don't know if it will be the stableist in my hands though Ron,but i will let you know.I think your exactly right about using the leveling tool that i have found these differences because if i had done it by eye then i would have never noticed.I think im worrying about nothing really and im pi**ing in the wind trying to get these cheap nasty servos to have no interaction at all.And as Finless Bob has said he has never been able to eliminate ccpm interaction without using digital servos.Im starting to think a servo upgrade maybe a must.
When i was last flying i noticed when hovering at about 6 foot the heli was fairly stable but when i increased height, obviously increasing the collective stick,it then drifted to the right. This is when i noticed when the collective was at mid stick it was level but as i moved the collective up the swash was unlevel which answers why it was drifting when i was flying it higher.
None of the unlevelness of the swashplate is noticeable to the eye and maybe this is why people have said they have never noticed this problem with the Blade 400....because they have probably not used the swash plate levelling tool.
As for my servos,i have had them apart and they are all perfect with no missing teeth etc.So i know its nothing to do with them jumping etc.....
I am now led to believe after much tampering that this is the best i can get the swashplate in terms for levelness.I am just going to leave it now i have adjusted the TRAVEL ADJUST of the servos to keep the swash level at the top and bottom. So i will have to see how it flies,So im going to put it all back together tomorrow and give it a test fly and see how she goes.
    Cheers Grant.

As Boggy has said and as i also found mate was that when i took the servo apart to check for damage,i then put it back together and at mid stick my servo arm wouldn't go on level so i took it apart again and the last gear that the actual arm goes onto,i just took this off and put it backon a different way.Leave the screws out of the servo casing then turn on your transmitter, and at midstick in idle up or normal mode if your pitch curve is linear from 0 to 100.and try the arm on to see how level it is.If it isn't then the front casing just pull it off as it will be loose already cos the screws havn't been put back in.And just fiddle with the gear the servo arm goes on to find its 'level' position.

Right so i have put my Blade all back together and i took it outside for a test hover. It only needed a couple of clicks on the trim and the blades needed tracking but after that it just hovered there lovely! Its the most stableist i've had it and i could even hover hands off for a few seconds. It barely moved.Im going to give it another once over tonight then take it back out tomorrow to see what its like.
P.S could anyone tell me if im right here please? i have got the swash mix still set at the stock values of aile: -75% elev: -75% pitch: +85%
        Cheers Grant.

I bought myself a swashplate levelling tool for my Blade 400.So i set about using it tonight,At mid stick in idle up mode....(is this right?) i set the servo arms at 90 degrees and adjusted the links to get the swashplate level.Okay so its all level at mid stick but when i raise the collective stick up and down the swashplate is not level.
Is this because all the servos aren't moving the same together?
Is it something to do with the travel adjust? At the moment the travel adjust on all the servos is saying 100% in the menus.
                      Any help would be great.
                      Cheers Grant.
