How to remove paddle mounts from the flybar?

I have started to repair my B400 that I crashed and I have hit a bit of a wall..

Those metal paddle mounts are proving difficult to remove! Any tips on how I can get those blighters off?

LOL yeah, and don't do what I did when I bought carbons, assumed they wouldn't fit, because well they didn't quite fit, then realised I'd not removed the grub screws... D'oh!
