Rotating 300X ?

Hi Guys
I just got a blade 300x.

I am new to FBL and have got no idea what to do with the AR7200BX

I use a JR x11 Zero

I had to reverse the elevator channel to make the swashplate move forward.

When I spool up, the heli just turns around the wholt time, and i have not lifted up.

Any ideas where to start.
