300x cyclic servos

After my heli had an ungraceful meeting with the ground 2 months ago, which stripped the servo gears, I haven't been able to find anywhere with stock of the gear sets. I've now sent the servos off to HH for repair today, just wondering if anyone knows of a decent replacement for the cyclic servos as the eflite ones seem to be made of chocolate and very fragile, think they're 24x11x24mm

Being fairly new I'm not sure what I'm looking for

When I had my 300X every crash had bent mainshaft, bent feathering shaft, stuffed servo gears and maybe toothless maingear. If I was really unlucky - the blades as well (unbelievable but they did survive my first three crashes, little else did).

It's all for spares now. Must get round to putting the list up.

I did send you a message a while back ( the day you went off for a time out from the site) about the spares you had, think the list was in another thread in response to someone who had fried their esc, drop me a message with what spares you have left, I might be interested in most of it as I can see myself needing more bits in the future.

I ve got 2 new maingears and new blades as they didn't survive the one and only crash, mainshaft and feathering spindle seem ok will need to double check them though before I fly again.

looking at servo's might just upgrade to savox sh0257's and keep the e flites as spares when I get them back from HH

The savox ones are good, Hitec HS65MG are also good...both around the same price. I've got 65MG's in my 450 and the Savox were in my Gaui 255...

Just looked in the postbox after 2 months of waiting the gear sets have finally arrived, bl**dy typical that I sent the servo's off to HH this morning lol

Im liking the savox servo's not badly priced either might grab a set of those and keep the eflites as spares

I don't need the whole servo it was just the gear sets which had been on order from wheelspin for 2 months, they turned up this morning after I got back from posting the servo and phoenix cable to HH........ lol

I have savox 0257 on one and upgraded metal gears on align DS410 from trex 250 on the other 300x. Both are much better from stock.

What resolution are you running the savox 0257's at in the beastx?

No, frequency would have been a better description, the std cyclics run at 200hz defined by a blue solid light in the beast x menu just wondered if the savox's run at the same frequency

I checked the beastx site and savox & DS410 both have been suggested to run on 65Hz.
