The Beast X/Speccy Reciever will go in any heli aprt from mcpx etc..

Yep, will go into any heli size 250 upto 800. It's the Spektrum AR7200BX so has a built in receiver.

Yes the Beast X can be used in any flybarless heli electric or nitro up to 700 size. This can be achieved by programming the beast X during set up as to which size heli it is being installed on to.

Just to avoid any confusion, remember this is the AR7200BX in this model, not a stand-alone BeastX, but even if it was, where do you set model size on either of these?

If I recall correctly the original manual for Beastx suggests reducing the Pod if it's a smaller Heli which I had to do on many occasions. So in general its set on the Gain pod.

I guess you mean the Cyclic Gain pot?

Yes, I'd seen that you could adjust that for very small helis, but that isn't as direct as suggesting there is a size setting on the BeastX.

Just checking I've not missed anything really, so if that is what is being referred to then I haven't.

Nice little flight looks a nice little heli, will be interesting to see how it holds up over time, eflight servos, motor/esc etc, the servos usually strip if you f*rt at them too loudly.

Personally I'm never very comfortable ordering from somewhere that seems to have virtually no stock of anything and there were some odd comments over on Helifreak about problems getting a refund from there so not sure this place is on my 'reccomended' list.

Maybe it is somewhere else at the same price.

I got to stick my snout in here and say that Bladehelispares have always dispatched same day when I've ordered and I generally get it next day. I see they have a lot of out of stock items but those parts (mcpx and others) are real dogs to get at the moment. I ended up going to Wheelspin Models for 300x spares as no one else has any.

Can't comment on refunds as I've never had to deal with that.
