Blade 300 CFX

Hi peeps.

Lost my Dx6 settings for my blade 300 CFX.
I've tried to put in settings that I thought was right.
But not as I move the throttle up just a bit, it shoots up too fast.
Has the same problem when going down.
Any advice to stop this from happening.

If you go to the Spektrum website there is a setup file for the 300cfx....
DX6 6 Channel System w/ AR610 Receiver (SPM6700): Spektrum - The Leader in Spread Spectrum Technology
Then click on "download setups" and scroll down....
