stock 300cfx motor from HH is the easiest option. Other motors (like the 300X one from Lynx) don't fit the 300CFX airframe so easily.

EDIT : Actually, I have a Turnigy 2627-4200 motor sat here from when I tried it in my old 300CFX. It's gathering dust so you can have it for a couple of quid to cover postage if you want. You'll need a pinion

The Lynx motors are very nice, I'd go with one of those over stock.
For servos I'd go for TGY-306G all round, which are pretty cheap and very good quality. Much better than the stock servos.
I don't know anything about your Tarrot FBL unit, but I would go with something more current as it's such a critical component. I use BeastX for example, but there are plenty of other alternatives and you can pick them up for peanuts used.

AFAIK, the Lynx motors were designed for the 300X, not the CFX. You can make them fit, but it involves removing the bottom plate and dremeling out the landing supports.

I didn't realise that sorry. Just presumed Lynx would have a motor for the CFX.
