Replacement ESC for the 300X.

Hello

Im needing a new ESC for my little 300X as the original one went "pop" yesterday when i connected the battery.

I don't really want to spend a lot of money on the 300X as i only use it to hover around the garden.

Has anybody used one of these from hobby king ?? :-

Turnigy AE-25A Brushless ESC

I would also like to use a separate BEC to power the electronics, maybe something like this :-

TURNIGY 3A UBEC w/ Noise Reduction or this HobbyKing Micro UBEC 3A / 5v

Have a look at the YEP one. I have used 3 of them without any issues.

YEP 30 or 40 amp without a doubt. The 40A has a stronger BEC which is why I mention it, but the 4A in the 30 should be plenty for a 300X

I have a YEP in my Warp 360, Trex 500 and Goblin 500, and I haven't ruled out getting one for my future E700.

I've got a HobbyWing 40 amp Esc sat here collecting dust. Happy to send it through to a fellow addict for nowt if you cover the postage. It's got no battery connector or bullets fitted so you'd have to do some soldering before using. PM me if you'd like it. Shaun
