How different is the 450X to the 300X to fly ,I have a 300X and love it was thinking of getting the 450X but I am told that the 450X fly just like the 300X then someone else told me it is a lot more sensitive then the 300X and more difficult to fly then the 300X can not see why??Anyone flown both who could give me their opinion

I was thinking about getting a 450X and selling my 300X but was told there's not much size difference and looking at it, there isn't much in it! Haven't flown a 450X but I doubt it's harder to fly than the 300, bigger is always more stable.

I'm keeping my 300X and going for a 500 next, seems logical and will fit nicely with my 130X and 300X.

they both have an ar7200bx so should fly the same. i've only seen a 300x once but i was impressed at how stable it flew. i'd say keep it!

Same repair costs. 450X more stable than 300X but I agree that 500 size is next best bet.

On the other hand, it's a big step up in price between the 450X and 500X.

It's pretty much the same helicopter but the 450x is little bit bigger, it's got carbon blades instead of wood and a few plastic parts on the 300x have been upgraded to metal parts on the 450x. Before I brought the 450x I was tempted by the 300x but by the time I'd upgraded the blades to carbon it would have cost about the same, if not more.

I haven't flown a 300x personally but from what I've read there shouldn't be much difference in how it handles. Any difference in sensitivity between them can easily be adjusted in the tx if you lower the d/r and you can easily make the 450x handle as sluggish and docile as you want.

I'd recommend sticking with the 300x as I doubt you'll notice much difference between them.
