Can you get spares for blade 130x servos?
Knowing the cash cow that is HH I'd say no, it's more money in their pocket. Such is the joy of owning these helis.sigpic

You can't replace the cogs on the linear servos I think (at least, you certainly can't buy them individually). As you say, HH are pretty good with things like this, but it sounds like this servo might have been in the wars a bit? In which case, HH might suggest that the break was due to earlier crash damage.
The servo's are pretty cheap anyway - about £12 IIRC.Tom

hi Tom I had a good look today and I think that if you remove the screws from the plastic casing you can slide the motor out and then swap it complete with large cog.Originally posted by tomatwalden View PostYou can't replace the cogs on the linear servos I think (at least, you certainly can't buy them individually). Re: Can you get spares for blade 130x servos?
Its very easy to replace the cogs - just unscrew the two tiny metal retainer screws at the top of the slider (opposite end of the cogs). Then keep rotating the large cog and the whole axle will eventually slide out with the cog. This axle and attatched cog can then be replaced with the one from the broken servo.
Just make sure you put locktight on the two brass collar screws before putting them back on
