    Hi Guys,
I have just fitted the lynx heli main grips and tail grips to my 130x, and now the heli just spins out of control on spool up....where have i gone wrong?

Didn't you put the tail grips acidentally wrong way round? ie. leading edge controll instead of trailing edge?

      Hi Franky!

      Matt,
As well as what Franky said, check the tail gears are not stripped or cracked (try holding the head and using MODERATE pressure to turn the tail and see if it slips)

Lastly with the TX and heli powered up (TH ON!) loosen the tail servo screws and move it up or down the boom until the tail blades are at 0 degrees. This is what finally stopped my constant piro, I could barely believe it but it worked!
      Cheers

Ok Guys, thanks for the tips. So heli was working fine Thursday night, last night i changed the main grips and test hovered it...all fine.....then i fitted the tail grips and it would only piro......i have checked everything is the right way round and the tail gears do not appear to be stripped or cracked, however i have noticed that the tail does not move evenly each way

dont know the 130x but I would disconnect the tail push rod make sure the tail linkage is free and not stiff or binding. then make sure the tail servo is moving freely and not binding also may have blades on right but if you have swapped the tail arms around you will have affectively reversed the tail so it will piro.
          Cheers
