tail blow out in mid air again!!

this time i lost the tail complete with alloy blade grip
broken tail wing thingy new tail bits needed so far
the tail went into a beserk wag then ping and down it came

If this keeps happening, make sure tail blades are balancing ok, and all bearings are good.

also noticed that if i drop quickly the heli shudders despite a brand new fram and bearings 2 flights ago

i will tony. i promise.
i just want to be able to do more than a tail in hover before i do.
im terrible at nose in. tail hover ok both side hovers ok i can fly to the left turn then fly to the right turn all ok but never turning nose in ..
i do it on the sim ok but just aint getting it. i feel stuck even though im loving it

To solve the tail issue get some thick gel padding or very soft thick double sided foam tape & cut the shape of the tail thin & stick it on this will take out the vibes that cause the tail end to destruct, had no probs with mine since

When you say the tail blew out - do you mean the heli starting spinning, or started wagging ?

Spinning = rounded out "C" gear.
Wagging = most likely a worn out tail servo, but could be a link popped off I suppose.

That's an easy fix. The shudder is a cyclic issue caused by too much slop in the stock O rings on the swash and pitch links. Buy the upgraded O rings from RC-hero.co.uk and the shudder will be gone.

The bullet blades are less prone to this than the so-called performance blades too.

I got a set of them & made no difference turn out I needed to reduce cyclic gain.

Shudder was terrible.
I also dont understand why i am having to sand down the new tail blades to get them to fit into the alloy blade holders.
i now have a pair of red rakonheli ones and they also need the blades sanded to lign the holes up
