lost high pitch

Guys put the heli in still flies ok but now has lost high pitch, swash is ok ? main is fine? seems like the 0 stick has moved up so i got loads of down pitch and not enough top end. have re bound also any suggestions to a fix ?

Any play in main shaft? Don't know mainshaft setup on 130, but could main gear have been knocked down or swash to shaft fixing shifted?

You can adjust the links from servos to swash. You can get zero-pitch back fairly easily.

1/. Set your TX to mid-pitch (50% pitch)
2/. Fold the main blades back on each other. They should line up. If they form a "V", adjust the swash/servo links accordingly.

Also, the blade grip holders have markers for zero-pitch just to make it that little bit easier.

You might find it's just one link that's out (ie. swash not level). The AS3X will compensate for this, but at the expense of collective (+ve or -ve)

Push your main gear back up the shaft, in the crash it has been forced down.....only needs to move a few millimetres to lose lots of pitch.....

???? This makes a difference on the mcpx, but the 130x main shaft is fixed in place by the A (umbrella gear) and the collar below the swash. The position of the main gear should make no difference to the pitch range ...

Cheers Tom will check it again I had the shaft out spindle out swash looked ok but I guess if one of the links is pushed down then the others come down level? Cheers j boy

Guys sorry this is a 130 as Tom says the main shaft
is fixed so has no impact on the pitch if the main gear moves

It's easy to check - This video shows how to use the blades to show pitch. This guy is using a mode1 TX which confuses things a bit, but essentially, at mid-stick on the collective, the blades should be horizontal.

My apologies for appearing thick, thought we were talking about an mCPx......must get my eyes tested before i fly ....!!!!

I don't own a 130, but just looked at a download manual, how is the main gear 'fixed' ? It looks like it pushes on just like the mcpx, I know looks can be deceiving so I'll happily be corrected. Does the collar under swash/ above top frame bearing screw through frame or could this have moved also? Is there any up n down play on the main shaft? If the main gear has jogged down then it will have same effect as it does on MCPX

See post above from Steve, he thought this was a thread about the mcpx. The main gear position on the 130 has no effect on blade pitch.

Did you bend servo rods in crash? Do they have the ubend in them? Have you squashed one of the ubends? Is swash level when you plug in?
