Nano CPX to 130X

I just thought i would post on here, as i have just started with a 130x after learning a few basics on the ncpx. All i can say is why so people not suggest getting one of these to learn with, it is sooo muxh more docile than the ncpx, i used standard settings from the manual for both. Can hovver, both normal and a little inverted, now moving on to circles, which is proving more tricky!!

Anyways, anyone thinking of getting a 130x, gor for it, very easy and stable to learn with.

Oh the 130x is great to learn with, just not very friendly in the house and not as robust as the smaller heli's

Blimey wouldnt fly iy inside, i would wreck the place!

The nxpx does have amazing bouncability, thats for sure, especially as i have uprated skids to ones from the states, which i think may be indestructable!

As others have said, the 130X is a great CP heli to learn on but it is too big for most normal houses unless you are already a whizz. The Nano is small enough to get some very useful learning done in your living room without endangering the furniture too much... cover up that LED TV though!

Nano CPX to 130X

I am also thinking of moving from nano to the 130x so I can practise inside (gymnasium hall) and in my garden. Does it cope outside well?? After that I am planning to go to the 450x once I can fly the 130 well.

It is only light so it won't handle as strong a wind as say a 450 but it is better than most micros and I can say from personal experience it is better than the MCPX V2.

Copes outside in the wind brilliantly. Just much more stable and less twitchy than the nano.

As with this hobby, i am now after a 450x, so have a very lightly uses 130x for sale with an additional nano tech lipo and spare white landing gear, could be a cheaper option for you ;-)

130x handles really well in light wind conditions. Much better than ncpx or mcpx. Perfect for the gym hall

Yes dx6i is perectly fine for 450x

The 130x is pretty good outside, it's the only place i fly it
